Work with me
Building bridges between AI and humanity through agentic, human-centered systems.
Focused Working Session
Who it's for
Founders, product leaders, and teams facing specific AI strategy or implementation questions that need focused attention.
What happens
A 2-4 hour deep-dive working session where we tackle a specific challenge: AI adoption strategy, agentic system design, product positioning, or technical architecture decisions.
What you leave with
- Clear recommendations grounded in your specific context
- Written summary of key decisions and next steps
- Confidence to move forward
How to start
Email kaminski@istori.com with a brief description of what you're trying to solve.
Agentic Practice Labs
Who it's for
Small teams (3-8 people) ready to experiment with agentic AI systems in a structured, time-bounded way.
What happens
A 2-4 week collaborative experiment where we explore a specific agentic use case together. I provide guidance, patterns, and feedback as your team learns by doing.
What you leave with
- Working prototype or proof-of-concept
- Shared understanding of what works (and what doesn't)
- Clear decision on whether to invest further
- Team capability to continue iterating
How to start
Email kaminski@istori.com with your team size and the problem you want to explore.
Fractional / Interim Engagements
Who it's for
Organizations needing interim leadership during AI adoption, product transitions, or while hiring permanent roles.
What happens
Typically 2-3 days per week for 3-6 months. I help stabilize strategy, guide implementation, hire or define replacement roles, then transition out cleanly.
What you leave with
- Clearer AI strategy and positioning
- Working systems and processes
- Team that no longer needs me
- Smooth handoff to permanent leadership
How to start
Email kaminski@istori.com describing your situation and timeline.
How I work
- I meet people where they are, not where the tools expect them to be
- I optimize for learning and feedback, not just output
- I aim to leave teams more capable, not more dependent
- I prefer time-bounded engagements with clear endpoints
